Setting up a home-based Field Day Station.

If you can't get to your club's Field Day site during the ARRL Field Day event, why not take Tracy's (VE3TWM) suggestion and work the world from your own backyard? I've used a backyard station installation for years because of work requirements and family obligations.  I still had a lot of fun  doing "Field Day Stuff" with an end-fed halfwave HF antenna and a small Honda generator.  I kept my energy level up with a small propane cooking stove and a cooler full of iced tea and water. Tracy's Field Day installation is truly superb and highly efficient.
