This video from "campindave1" show the step-by-step process of designing, building, and operating a multi-band HF dipole for the 2013 ARRL Field Day.  Members of the Owatonna Steel County Amateur Radio Club take you from the basic materials to the finished product in a few short minutes.  Simple, easy-to-build HF dipole antennas can perform very well if they are at least 1/2 wavelength above ground.  This video does a good job of showing the actual building process.
