Simple Ham Radio Antennas

  Thanks to Jon (VU2JO) for this excellent tutorial on the "Half Wave Folded Dipole Antenna." According to Jon, this antenna design was used for television reception many years ago.  As an Amateur Radio antenna, the folded dipole can exhibit a gain of 2 to 3dB, depending on the frequency used by radio amateurs.
