Get ready for 2021 ARRL Field Day

The annual ARRL Field Day is one of the largest communications exercises in the world.  The event is held on the last full weekend of June and attracts more than 40,000 radio amateurs from Canada and the USA, as they "go to the field" to practice and refine their emergency communications skills. Thanks to J. Mitch Hopper (K9ZXO) and his staff of volunteers for assembling this outstanding video describing the purpose of this "classic" Amateur Radio "contest" and emergency communications event.
