  Loop antennas are cheap, easy-to-build, and fairly quiet.  Properly designed, a delta loop antenna can cover several amateur radio bands. In this video, Callum (M0MCX), discusses the design, construction techniques, and benefits of using a horizontal delta loop antenna.   This antenna design is ideal for NVIS (Near Vertical Incident Skywave) service covering several hundred miles/kilometers.  The horizontal delta loop is an inexpensive antenna for local, regional, and state-wide nets.
