DIY portable HF vertical antenna under $125.

Do you need an easily-built, effective, and inexpensive HF antenna for your next "field expedition?"

Just check out this excellent video tutorial from Jack (W3CT) as he designs builds, deploys, and uses a simple 4-band HF vertical antenna for a POTA ( Parks on the Air) activation.

This antenna covers the 40m, 20m, 15m, and 10m amateur radio bands.  The antenna is lightweight, portable, and suitable for home station use as well as making contacts in the field.

Here are some comments from Jack (W3CT):

DIY Portable HF Vertical Antenna Under $125 I would order a portable vertical ham radio antenna until Walt K4OGO changed my mind. This is a simple DIY Vertical Antenna that tunes to 10-15-20-40 meters. Sets up in minutes and performs just as well as anything already built. I hope you also enjoy this project, as I enjoyed making it. #DIYAntenna #hfradio #cw #morsecode #hfradio #parksontheair #pota #hamradioantenna #xiegug90 #cwmorse #portableantennas
