Extended Double Zepp Antenna
How would you like to improve the gain of the "classic" dipole antenna?
You can if you build an Extended Double Zepp Antenna, based on this design from Stan Gibilisco (W1GV).
The EDZ antenna consists of two collinear 0.64 wavelength elements in phase, resulting in an approximate gain of 3dB over a dipole along the main lobe.
Stan gives you all the information you need to build this fairly large antenna.
