Magic Carpet Antenna for HF Ham Radio


 

Operating your amateur radio station from an apartment or other deed-restricted property presents a difficult challenge.

But, with a little effort and creativity, you can get on the air with a usable HF signal.

In this video, Mike (K8MRD) creates what he calls a "magic carpet" antenna using metal window screen sections and the popular "Wolf River" HF coils.
