The ARRL End Fed Antenna Kit is a popular item with both newly licensed radio operators and experienced hams.

In this video, Dave Casler (KE0OG) assembles the kit and puts it through a series of actual on-site tests.

Even in its unmodified state, the antenna performs well and is worth the time and expense of buying and installing it.
