Ham Radio: The Coat Hanger Antenna 2m/70cm dipole.
If you have some old metal coat hangers in your closet, why not convert them into a simple, basic, efficient dipole antenna for 2m/70cm?
In this video, Mike (M0MSN) from the "TechMinds" video channel shows us how transform some closet hardware into a fully functional dipole antenna for the 2m/70cm Amateur Radio bands.
Only a few basic tools are required to finish this useful project. The finished product can be used for hams living in restricted housing properties or for emergency field operations.

Here are some comments from Mike (M0MSN):
A really quick antenna for 2 metres and 70 centimetres, made from just 2 metal coat hangers and a small length of strip connector just add the fun.
Next time coax traps on the DX commander
I do hope you enjoy it and subscribe for more..
Many thanks
