How good can the X-Tenna be? Let's find out.


The X-Tenna end-fed halfwave HF antenna is a popular choice for portable and emergency field operations.

In this video, Mike (K8MRD) tests the antenna with a variety of balun settings (49:1, 56:1, and 64:1) and finds good performance for each selection.

The antenna is easy to set-up, configure, tune, and operate.
