2 Meter Moxon SOTA Antenna.


If you need a lightweight portable 2 meter antenna for SOTA (Summits On The Air) or POTA (Parks On The Air) activities, then you can't go wrong with this "Moxon" project from Mark (2E0VOV).

The antenna is simple, inexpensive, and suitable for any "field" or home station.

Mark used this antenna to contact the ISS in addition to his usual SOTA and POTA activities.

Another project completed :-) This antenna was first made for contacting the "international space station" (ISS) using my Wouxun HT.While making it I added a center mount to use on a PVC sectional mast for Horizontal- SSB on SOTA activations.
