20 Meter Collapsible Freestanding Delta Loop for Portable or Home Use


Thanks to K1GMM (Green Mountain Maniac) for this simple, inexpensive collapsible delta loop antenna for the 20 meter Amateur Radio band.  The antenna is based on a design by G7RHF.

According to K1GMM, this antenna is suitable for both home and portable use.

Here are some comments from K1GMM:

G7RHF shared a similar build with me so I figured I'd share it here. Great for portable or base. Take 1/4 wavelength of the center freq' you cut the element for and multiply by.66. That will give you the length for the 75 ohm coax matching section. Cheers!
