Full Wave Horizontal Loop Antenna
I've always liked full-wave horizontal HF loop antennas. While these antennas occupy a lot of space and need some height to work well, they deliver quiet receiving and a modest amount of gain over a conventional dipole.
In this video, Ed (N7PHY) describes the loop antenna used for the 2020 Washington State QSO Party. The results speak for themselves.
