3 Portable HF Antennas
Thanks to Adam (K6ARK) for three simple, inexpensive HF antennas that can be used both at home and in the field.
The video shows us how to make a random-length wire antenna, an end-fed antenna, and a basic dipole antenna.
Make one of these antennas for your emergency "go-kit" or as a spare antenna for emergencies.

This is post 2740 in a continuing series of simple ham radio antennas.
Here are some comments from Adam:
My picks for SOTA and Portable Ops are tailored to my primary applications. Every antenna is a compromise in one way or another, and these three suit my needs in each respective application. There are certainly other great options. Size and weight are priorities for me typically, and these antennas are my top picks for most of my operations. What's your favorite portable HF antenna?
