This is post 2206 in a continuing series of simple ham radio antennas.  In this video, Jez (2J4EZ) shows us how to go bicycle mobile and get the benefits of both amateur radio and exercise.

 According to Jez, his simple bicycle mobile station is easily installed and gives excellent performance on the road.  Here are some comments from Jez:
