Here's a simple, easy-to-make dipole antenna for the 2 meter amateur radio band. Alin Samson has done a commendable job of taking us step-by-step from the design process through the final construction phase. Most of the components can be found in your local hardware or home improvement store. Alin carefully explains each step of the process, so you won't make any errors during the building phase. This antenna would make an excellent club project. The 2 meter dipole antenna is sutiable for both home and portable use.
